Spinning
No coordination required. Fantastic freestyle stationary cycle workout. Places demands on the cardiovascular system and lower body. Your instructor will provide ever changing scenery and challenges.
Bootcamp
Offers morning sessions with a 2/week x 8 weeks commitment. Program includes fitness assessment, goal setting and 16 training sessions to get you to your desired goals.
Group Training
Personal training done in a group format (reduces cost per session and improves motivation with team environment). Similar to Bootcamp with a combination of training techniques and methods used to achieve goals fast but enjoy the process.
Boxing
45min class made up of boxing (not merely punching). You will be taught the finer skills and technique of being a boxer. Includes pad work with partner, skipping and agility based footwork, co-ordination, speed and intensity.
Sports Training Sessions
Designed for athletes or people with athletic goals and sports teams. Training involves building sound team foundation, injury prevention/body maintenance, skill acquisition, correct pre and post game procedures & high performance conditioning.
